Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a BoardGameGeek account?
Yes. The BGG Finder uses your username to look up the games you have registered in your BoardGameGeek collection.
Does my BoardGameGeek collection need to be public?
Yes. Your collection must be publicly accessible so that we can consult your games and find available compatible upgrades.
What if I have a very large collection?
No problem. The BGG Finder automatically compares your collection with the games for which we have products available and shows you only the matches.
What if no upgrades appear for some of my games?
It means that we currently do not have products available for that title. At Deluxora Studio, we are continuously expanding our catalog, so you will be able to use the finder again later to discover new upgrades.
